The Problem
Teachers needed a better method to improve passing test scores for their ELL students (English Language Learners).

The Solution
As an educator, I produced numerous tutorial videos and job aides to aid other teachers in incorporating Quill.org into their teaching practices. Quill.org provides personalized practice recommendations for students along with ESL diagnostic assessments. This feature enabled students to focus on improving the skills they needed the most, while also saving teachers the time and energy of creating their own lesson plans tailored to students' individual needs.

The Result

After showcasing the website, I highlighted its features and created this tutorial video to reinforce its practical use in the classroom. Excitingly, we saw a 70% adoption rate among teachers, reflecting a shared commitment to adopting innovative solutions and enhancing educational outcomes for our ELL students through personalized learning experiences.
